Though a version history is meant, in theory, to provide a permanent record of a versionable node, in practice it sometimes becomes necessary to clean-up a version history by removing a version. To do this, this API provides the VersionHistory.removeVersion method. See 8.2.14.3 VersionHistory Interface.
