Hi, I’m Justin Grover, I’m the product manager for Adobe Analytics. And today I wanna show you some of the things that are possible with Adobe Analytics. For tracking voice assistants. These are things like Amazon’s Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri and so forth. I’ve linked to an implementation guide down in the description, that will show you how to set up the metrics and dimensions on your own. Today we’re gonna pretend to be a product manager at a grocery store. We’re gonna call it Adobe Food and Drug. It’s a small grocery store that has groceries, it has a small pharmacy, and also offers vaccinations. So this voice skill will be surfaced on Amazon Alexa as well as the Google Assistant. Here we have a dashboard that shows us what’s possible with voice analytics. I have the number of users, the number of utterances that there were, things like retention, the top intents, these are the things that were asked of the voice assistant. Like add an item to the shopping list. Or schedule a pickup, perhaps renew my prescription or maybe even schedule a flu shot. I can see the flow of those intents, what is the sequence that people had when they asked those questions? As well as what types of platforms were being used. Hopefully, this gives you just a quick idea of what’s possible with voice analytics in Adobe Analytics.
