Symptom: Unable to log in to Experience Cloud

What to do:
The user must locate their IMS Org ID (xxx). The Administrator must add the user to the Product Profile “Campaign-xxx-Admins” for each instance that they would like to manage. If the user is an admin of all instances, they must add themselves as users.

Cause:
Users do not see the links until they are added as users to Product Profile Campaign-xxx-Administrators/Admin.

What to do:

Most likely user must be added as a user Product Profile Campaign-xxx-Administrators/Admin for the instance that is missing

What to do:
The Administrator must add the user to the Product Profile Campaign-xxx-Admins for each instance that they would like to manage. If the user is an admin of all instances, they must add themselves as “users”.

Start by going to experiencecloud.adobe.com.
Sign in with your email address and the password, either Adobe ID or the enterprise ID.
When you land on Experience Cloud home, check that your org is correct and on the bottom you’ll see our IMS org ID.

Navigate to experiencecloud.adobe.com.
Sign in with your email address and either, the Adobe ID or the enterprise ID, whichever you have been set up with.
On Experience Cloud home on the top ribbon, click on Administration, Admin Console.
And in the new screen, select Adobe Campaign instance you would like to add access to.
Find administrator product profile.
Add user.
Enter email address of the user that you would like to provide an access to for the control panel. For example, I’m entering jane@email.com.
And her first name and last name, those are optional. Click save, you are all set. Now, you can add additional users for this same instance or add Jane to another instance of Adobe Campaign that you have.

Establishing Connection to SFTP Server (Client or API)

Connecting to SFTP servers requires:

  • Allow listing the IP address from which you are connecting to the SFTP server
  • Private/public key pair that must be registered with Adobe Campaign
  • To connect to the SFTP server directly, you also need SFTP client software
