When toggled, the scroll buttons automatically cause the swatches to jump a full page length.

Extra whitespace is shown on the last page if the swatches do not fit. Also, the last page has the same number of cells as any previous page.

The scrollstep is ignored and mouse scrolling settles only on full pages.
