You can set a message to be displayed on the Welcome page in the Workspace user interface.

If necessary, you can use the HTML tags supported by Adobe Flash® Player to format the appearance of the text:

  • <a> Anchor tag
  • <b> Bold tag
  • <br> Break tag
  • <font> Font tag
  • <img> Image tag
  • <i> Italic tag
  • <li> List item tag
  • <p> Paragraph tag
  • <span> Span tag
  • <textformat> Text format tag
  • <u> Underline tag

Set the message of the day set-the-message-of-the-day

  1. In administration console, click Services > Workspace > Message Of The Day.
  2. In The Message Of The Day box, provide the text to be displayed on the Welcome screen.
  3. Click Save.

The Flex Workspace is deprecated for AEM forms release.
