Upload assets to contribution folder
Brand Portal users download the asset requirements – brief document attached to the contribution folder and download baseline assets from the
SHAREDfolder to understand the need of contribution. Brand Portal users can then create new assets for contribution and upload them to the
NEWfolder within the contribution folder.
Brand Portal users can upload content/assets only to the
NEWfolder. They do not have permission to delete an uploaded asset.

To upload new assets:
- Log in to your Brand Portal instance. Brand Portal dashboard reflects all the existing folders permitted to the Brand Portal user along with the newly shared contribution folder.
- Click to open the contribution folder, you can see two sub folders–SHAREDandNEWwithin the contribution folder.
- ClickCreate > Filesto upload individual files or folder (.zip) containing multiple assets.
- Browse and upload new assets (files/folders) in theNEWfolder.
Once upload is finished, Brand Portal user can publish the contribution folder back to AEM Assets. See, Publish contribution folder to AEM Assets .
