Adobe Mobile Services
This guide outlines technical documentation and self help for Adobe Mobile Services, which brings together mobile marketing capabilities for mobile applications from across the Adobe Experience Cloud, allowing you to understand and improve user engagement with mobile applications.
The Adobe Analytics Mobile Marketing Add-on SKU is required to enable Mobile Services access to mobile acquisition, deep linking, geolocation, and mobile messaging capabilities. For more information, contact your Adobe CSM.
Announcing End of Support for 4x SDKs
After September 30, 2020, customers can continue to download and use the version 4 SDKs, but there will be no Customer Care support or access to forums. The Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK (previously referred to as v5) will exclusively support upcoming Adobe Experience Cloud features and functionality.

We recommend that you migrate to the new Experience Platform Mobile SDK when feasible.

As of September 2018, we released a new, major version of the SDK. These new Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs are configurable through Experience Platform Launch .

If you are using the Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs with Adobe Launch, you must also install the Adobe Analytics Mobile Services extension to use Adobe Mobile Services features such as in-App messaging, push notifications or Acquisition links. For more information see Adobe Analytics - Mobile Services .
Although you can configure features in the UI, these features will not work until you download the generated configuration file and add this file to the SDK. For information about downloading and configuring the SDKs, see the SDK documentation section on this page.

In addition to the user's guide, you can download the Software Development Kits (SDKs), which includes a customized package that includes a pre-populated version of the configuration file that you need to configure your app in Adobe Mobile.
