The Watermarking feature lets you add a digital watermark to assets, which helps users verify your authenticity and ownership of copyright of the assets. You can add a watermark in the Dam Update Asset workflow for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets.
Access the workflow console at the URL http://<Server>:<Port>/libs/cq/workflow/content/console.html.
From the Models tab, double-click the Dam Update Asset workflow to display its details.
Drag an Add Watermark step under DAM Workflow in Sidekick to the Dam Update Asset workflow.
Double-click the Add Watermark step that you added to display the dialog.
Click the Arguments tab and specify valid values in the various fields, including text, font type, size, color, position, orientation, and so on. Click OK to save the values.
In the Dam Update Asset workflow page, click Save to save the workflow with the watermarking step.
Close the Workflow console and navigate to the Assets console.
Upload a sample asset. The watermark appears with the font size, color and so on at the position you configured in step 5.
